Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: October 8, 2026
This policy applies to subscriptions purchased directly from Tabs Sports LLC.
Monthly Subscription
The current Tabs Monthly subscription is $119 per month unless another price is shown at checkout.
The Monthly subscription automatically renews each month and the payment method on file will be charged until the subscription is canceled.
Season Pass
The current Tabs Season Pass is a one-time payment of $599 for the applicable NBA season.
The Season Pass is a one-time payment with no recurring charges and includes access through the NBA regular season, playoffs, and Finals for the applicable season.
The Season Pass does not automatically renew for a future season.
Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring Monthly subscription at any time using any self-service cancellation option we provide or by contacting:
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise stated, you will continue to have access through the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Canceling does not ordinarily result in an immediate loss of access.
Because the Season Pass does not automatically renew, there is no recurring charge to cancel.
Refunds
Subscription and Season Pass payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable paid access period has begun, and we generally do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused portions of a billing period or season.
We may issue refunds or credits where required by law or, at our discretion, in cases involving duplicate charges, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@tabsnba.com promptly with the relevant billing information.
Service Termination by Tabs
If Tabs terminates paid access without cause before the end of a prepaid service period, we may provide an appropriate prorated refund or credit unless otherwise permitted by law.
Termination based on fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing, or a material violation of our Terms of Service may not qualify for a refund.
